RRC Metro 2
The RRC Metro Metropolitan District (the District) is located in an unincorporated section of Jefferson County and serves 695 homes located within Red Rocks Ranch Subdivisions #2, 3B and 4.
RRC Metro District #2 (the District) is located in Jefferson County approximately 2 miles east from Morrison. The District's service area covers approximately 168 acres of residential land primarily composed of 431 single home lots, 139 carriage homes and 125 townhomes. The District borders the north side of approximately 2,675 acres of open space comprising Bear Creek Lake Park and the Fox Hollow Golf Course.
The RRC Metro
The District was created in 2016 for the purpose of subsidizing the construction of public infrastructure in and around the District. The District issued $45 million in debt in 2021 to subsidize public infrastructure construction costs. The District owns no public infrastructure and provide no public services to the residents of the District. The roads and utilities within the District are owned and maintained by other government entities.

NOTICE REGARDING DISTRICT'S PROPOSED THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED SERVICE PLAN Due to an issue with the public notice for the public hearing on the District's proposed Third Amended and Restated Service Plan, originally scheduled for July 28, 2026 at Town Council chambers, the hearing will be vacated and rescheduled to a later date.
